1. Who we are

Ranked Inc. (“Ranked,” “we,” “us”) operates the Ranked dating application and therankedapp.com website. We are headquartered in Toronto, Canada and comply with Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA).

2. What we collect

We collect the information you provide during application (name, email, city, bio, optional Instagram handle, optional referral code), device metadata needed to run the app securely, and usage data limited to what improves the product.

3. How we use it

Your information is used to evaluate applications, operate your account, match you with other members, prevent abuse, and send product updates. We do not sell your data.

4. Who sees it

Staff who review applications, infrastructure providers (Supabase, Vercel, Stripe where applicable), and — with your consent — other members you choose to interact with.

5. Your rights

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing [email protected]. We respond within 30 days.

6. Retention

We keep application data for as long as your account exists, and for a short audit period after deletion, unless law requires longer.
